The Book of Micah

7 chapters. Micah of Moresheth speaks in the years when Samaria falls and Assyria presses hard on Judah. He names what he sees — land seized from the poor, rulers who devour their own people, prophets who preach for pay — and then, again and again, turns to hope: a gathered remnant, swords beaten into plowshares, a ruler from little Bethlehem, and a God who pardons iniquity and delights in steadfast love.
